Dr. Shivar feels privileged to have the opportunity to make a dramatic positive impact on the lives of people by providing them with an attractive healthy smile. Being able to enhance our patients’ appearance and self-esteem is very gratifying and rewarding. This contributes to Dr. Shivar’s passion for orthodontics. He spends a significant amount of time with continuing education to stay current with the latest techniques and product developments in order to provide state-of-the-art treatment for our patients. However, what he relishes most about orthodontics are the people with whom he interacts; he considers the relationships that evolve with patients, staff and colleagues to be invaluable.
In his spare time, Dr. Shivar enjoys tennis, golf, reading, and performing magic. He and his wife, Donna, their daughters Kaitlyn and MacKenzie, reside in Norfolk. He loves watching his girls play sports, family gatherings and “hanging out” at home.
